Building Services has been identified as a key market for growth as part of this East Coast Multidisciplinary firm’s expansion strategy over the next 2 years. .

This is being assisted through numerous project wins with a specific focus in Health and Education although not excluding commercial and residential buildings. Examples of these include:

• 30+ bed Aged care facility
• New 90 bed ACF and 25 ILU’s facility
• Electrical and Mechanical Infrastructure upgrade for a Hospital Operating Theatre
• Shopping Complex with Tower residential development

The advantage of this small yet technically excellent team is that you will have the opportunity to vary your workload through power, lighting, communications and security aspects of the projects. Your design exposure will include:

• General and specialist lighting
• Data communications, intercoms, access controls security and CCTV
• Fire detection system, early warning and intercommunication system
• MATV reticulation system design including FTA, PayTV, CaTV, and IPTV system
• Essential services including ups and generator supplies

• B Eng Electrical with 5+ years of experience in building services engineering design – a must
• Excellent written and verbal English – not negotiable
• NABERS/AGBR Accreditation - a bonus
